Return Policy

I strive to ensure you are happy with your purchase however, if you need to return or exchange an item the following policy applies:

• Returns are subject to approval.  
• Products must be unworn.  It is okay if you tried it on however, extended wear or use will make the product no longer eligible for a return or exchange.
• Returns and exchanges are allow 14 days from the day you receive your product.  The counter starts the day I get notification your item was delivered. In person sales, the counter starts the day you make the purchase.
• Returns are refunded to the original card used.  For in-person sales where you paid cash, a check will be issued and mailed once I receive the returned product and the return is approved.  Checks will be issued the day a return is approval however, can take up to 7-10 days to be delivered USPS. 
• Return shipping is the buyers responsbility.
• If you are exchanging for another product, the cost of shipping  the replacement product will be covered by Fantasiosa Creations.  Returned products are sent via the least expensive shipping option which is generally 5-7 business days for US addresses (carrier may vary).
